About the property
I am looking for housemates to rent 2 bedrooms. This unit is located inside Sunnybank chase Villa, a secured gated townhouse with swimming pool and tennis court. I am full time working person and looking for quite, clean and easy going housemates.
This is 3 bedroom double story house. Bedroom are upstairs and have their own big bathroom to share (I have my own ensuite) among only 2 tangents. I am renting out medium bedroom with double bed (black fan picture) and small room with single bed (while fan picture). Medium bedroom rent is $230 and small bedroom rent is $215. Both rooms have portable air condition. Electricity bill is not included in rent. It will be divided into 3 and you only need to pay only your share.
I am full time working person so I am looking for someone full time working person too. It's not a party house and I respect privacy of others so I am looking for similar minded people.

I am living in this townhouse since 2019. I am sharing these 2 bedrooms since I moved in this townhouse. I am full-time working person and most of the day I am busy working. On weekends I spend most of the time at home watching TV etc. I am very quite person and mind my own business. I don't invite friends at home to respect my housemates space. I like to keep my house clean, tidy and quite.
I am looking for like minded people, nice, clean and easy going people. I am very easy going with people from different culture and backgrounds. In this house, I never had any issue with any of my housemate ever. If you are working full time or studying and needs a quite house, you can contact me for inspection.
