There is also a granny flat on the property with another tenant that also loves his animals, you may see him pop in and out every once in a while as he also helps out.
Your room has its own door to from outside (as seen in pictures) which leads to the car port which you are able to park 1 car/bike. Its a 7 acre property so happy to negotiate utilizing the space.
