Quiet cul de sac, good neighbours.
Room comes with queen bed and new mattress (and new mattress cover), clothing racks, bedside table, pedestal fan and computer desk/chair (not shown in photos).
Big shared fridge, small BBQ in the balcony. No dishwasher. Dining table next to kitchen.
Living room has sofa-bed, TV with some movies and shows and YouTube.
Shared bathroom with separate toilet.
Washing machine in garage.
Garage has room for a bicycle or a scooter. Free street parking.
Internet and electricity included.
I expect you to contribute to the consumables you use (TP, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry products, gas for BBQ, etc).
Sorry, no pets.
Not looking for gamers or such, who spend 24/7 at home.
