I'm easy-going and laid-back, happy to chip in on shared cleaning tasks to keep the place comfortable and tidy without being overly fussy. I enjoy a nice balance of socializing and quiet time. In my free time, I like going to gym, cooking, hiking, reading, and watching movies. I'm always up for a chat over a meal or coffee, but I also respect personal space and value a peaceful home environment.
The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped - already have most appliances (fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) and common furniture (lounge, dining table, TV, etc.), so you'd mainly just need to bring your bedroom stuff.
I'm looking for someone who's respectful, communicative, and shares the value of a clean and comfortable living space. Ideally, you're working or studying during the week, enjoy a good mix of hanging out and relaxing at home, and can contribute to keeping things tidy.
Lutwyche is a great spot - close to public transport -200m bus stop, 800m train station.
shops (Coles, woolies nearby), cafes, the Kedron Brook bikeway, and just a quick trip to the CBD.
