I live in a gorgeous old apartment right near the brook, its a little old fashioned but super cute!
It's close to shops, public transport and on a quiet street, there is parking on the street available or the visitor car parks in the building if empty.
The apartment is fully furnished and I have all the appliances and services hooked up.
Looking for a mature, clean and respectful roomie to join me. Both bedrooms are the same size and have access to a balcony that is shared. You have the ensuite with a good shower, toilet and basin, the laundry is in my bedroom.
Move in date is negotiable, I really just want the right fit!
