This is a brand new beautiful new townhouse build in the heart of Mango Hill. I am looking at someone starting the lease with me for this property at the start of March. My application has already been approved however I need someone else to join me! This complex is absolutely stunning with a huge communal pool in the complex. You will have a full bathroom to yourself too. Each room is air conditioned. I have a house full of quality furniture as well. So all you would need is your own bedroom furniture. I have a spare bed if you need to use it until you buy your own too. So that is an option. If you need accomodation fast, I have a room availible in Wynnum West at the moment. You are more than welcome to rent a room now if you need immediate accomodation and we can move into the new townhouse together at the start of March. You also have to love dogs! Ruby is the light of my life and this will be her home too 🫶🏼 Dog lover and experience with large dogs is a must. For this reason, no other pets allowed sorry. Bills will be split evenly between you and I at the end of each month. This will incl power, internet and water. Not included in rent.
