The house is in a gated estate, in a friendly and safe neighbourhood, with a communal pool available. You will have your own bathroom as pictured.
The house is furnished and all you need are some bedroom furnishings but I can provide these if required.
There are loads of parks, walking and bike paths nearby and it is close to the water. The Manly foreshore is just 5.5 km away.
Shops: Woolies, Aldi and Bunnings are all 5 minutes' drive away and Carindale Shopping Centre and Cannon Hill Plaza are both 15 mins. away.
Public Transport: Bus routes 220, P221 and 227 run regularly in and out of Brisbane City. The closest train stations are Wynnum and Manly. An express train runs between Brisbane City and Manly several times each day. There are connecting buses to both train stations. Overall a great location!

I am a professional who works Monday to Friday, standard office hours, a clean and tidy house is preferable and would like to live with someone of the same mindset. I like to be outdoors in my free time, stay healthy but also have some fun and love travelling.
Your second flatmate will be a small, 19-month-old cocker spaniel, you can see in one of the photos. He is well-behaved and will come and go, inside and outside, as he pleases. I hope you are a "dog person" and don't mind a canine friend in the house:)
I have a pretty busy life but will treat you as part of the household, not "renting a room".
