Looking for a person to stay short term in my spare room with its own bathroom (not ensuite). There is a bus stop right outside, the bay is a short drive, and the bush is a short walk. My complex is small, gated and has a pool. I have a 6-year-old dog so ideally not looking for someone with pets. No smokers please.
