About the property
It’s a well kept leafy modern home on a quiet street, on cusp of Woody Point. It has with easy access to buses, supermarkets, coffee shops and an easy 5 minute walk you’re on the boardwalk and beach.
Inside: There are three bedrooms in total. The third very small bedroom I use as an office.
It is amply cooled with two large split-system air conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hotplate, large modern fridge, microwave, etc.
It has a separate dining room, laundry with washer and dryer, lounge room with large colour TV etc. lovely bathroom with a shower and bath, and two separate toilets.
Outside; two covered seating areas, one being the main gazebo.
It has one long end on end garage. (This is currently taken, but will be able to be used for a second car in the future, should work car shuffles allow.)
Covered washing line area, grass, lawn mower for mowing, gardens. The house is fully fenced, and has quiet elderly neighbours.

Hi, I’m a forty plus semi-professional, non smoker, non drugs, healthy lifestyle person looking for a lovely person to share this very friendly home.
It’s a welcoming single story home that’s clean and house proud (but not fanatical). You would be sharing with just me and quiet female dog (she is a small short hair collie, she is 9 and sleeps a lot). We are easy going with a full time worker’s lifestyle.
I enjoy going to the gym, cooking quick fast meals, the odd weekend BBQ and a bit of Tv/ a movie when I’m not studying or working from home in the third bedroom. I enjoy bushwalking, the dinner with friends and care for my parents out of town.
This house has two separate toilets, and all the open and shut facilities including a dishwasher, etc.
Rent includes; your electricity, water, and unlimited internet. Happy to share a Netflicks account if need.
The room: Is light modern and airy, enough space for a double/queen bed and desk. It has a walk in robe with shelves, two modern sliding windows with white plantation shutters and security screens. It also has some other handy built in shelves. While it does not have an aircon directly in the bedroom - there is a monster (yes it’s huge) sized one right out your door facing your room, that will effectively be yours to run. It cools the whole house with ease. (I have my own separate air-con unit as well.)
The house has different places to hang out, and has many facilities close by. You can walk to the water in 5minutes.
I’ve shared with people on and off throughout my life. No kids, heavy metal or motorbikes here, just me and my lovely quiet, short hair collie dog who will love your company and cuddles.
