This place offers a quiet environment for those who love to be in nature and wake up with the sounds of bird song in the morning. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom anex lounge , and a Single bedroom with a shared bathroom. In the communal living room is a great kitchen with induction stove, while a laundry/kitchenette combo offers another option for cooking. In a separate section of the home I find my own rest and have my own space. The house is welcoming and has an additional meditation space for personal exercise and occasionally Well-being workshops.

Close to the main house is a granny flat with medium size queens bedroom, private bathroom and shared communal lounge and kitchen.

Since all rooms are furnished, it will suit someone who will bring just some clothing and a few personal belongings. Coming from overseas or interstate, this may be a good match. A car is essential to reach the shops for groceries, visit the closest suburb Kenmore or drive into the city or to the UQ St Lucia, only 20 minutes away. If no car is available, then you can take bus 444 into town, which is 10 minutes walking distance.

In general all not too bad with Moggill Village shops only 1,2km away.
