About the property
Brand new home in a new estate on the Morayfield and Narangba border in Kinma Valley. It’s modern, comfortable, and easy to live in, with ducted air con, solar, ceiling fans, floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms, chilled filtered water, high speed internet, an infrared sauna, and a pool. You’d be the only other housemate, so there’s plenty of space and privacy. The home is also located at the end of a no through road, so there will be little to no traffic passing by the property.
The room includes a garage parking spot for small to medium cars. For larger cars we can work something out. Bedroom furniture can be provided if needed.
Regarding bills, I’m happy to include Internet and water in the 375 per week, however excessive power bills due to aircon use may need to be split.
Note - As this home has only just finished construction, the pool and landscaping has not yet been completed but are set to be finished by the end of Feb.

I’m a 34 year old male and work in IT/Sales, with a mix of office and work-from-home depending on meetings. I’m also a musician and enjoy a calm, structured lifestyle with early nights, quiet evenings, and a relaxed home environment.
My partner Jess lives away and flies in to visit from time to time. I also have a 13-year-old daughter who stays with me four nights per fortnight. Outside of that, it’s generally a quiet household.
In my downtime I enjoy reading, fitness, board games, cooking, gaming, and having space to unwind. I don’t usually have many visitors, though being a brand-new home, there will be the occasional friend popping by to check it out.
I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and like-minded housemate who values a peaceful home and open communication. Ideally someone comfortable with a quiet household who will treat the space well, and with a similar lifestyle and working hours.
