About the property
Our favourite thing about this house is its location! Two minutes’ walk to a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Five minutes’ walk to Morningside train station, with multiple city-bound bus services nearby. Three minutes’ drive to Woolworths and Coles. Many other facilities, such as a gym and hairdressers, are also within walking distance.
The house is fully furnished (however, bedroom furniture can be removed if you have your own), and each lockable bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning. The living area is also air-conditioned. There is a laundry in the garage.
There is currently one bedroom available from mid-January.
