My name's Varun, and I work in the CBD as an Economist. I bought this property in 2023, and looking to fill the other two rooms with people of a similar age bracket and personality. I'm barely at home most days I go to the office three days a week, and am out most evenings as I come home late due to sport/gym. Weekends I'm mostly out as well. I'm a fairly chill personality, easy to get along with, but super respectful of people's privacy and quiet time as well.
The house is a 3 bedroom two bathroom two level townhouse. I’ve furnished it all except for the rooms, which are unfurnished. It has a lovely warm, relaxing open plan layout with plenty of space outside to wander and relax. The complex is super quiet and is tucked away from the street.
There are buses and trains to the city that are walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Also a five minute walk to Coles and Woolworths in Morningside.
