I am a creative down to earth person who likes to keep my things neat and tidy.
There are no other housemates as this is my own place except I do have a 7 year old son. We’ve lived with house mates so we’re respectful of everyone’s space, and my last housemate/friend moved back to Chile in December as her visa ended. We've been away for the holidays and getting back into work and school so now looking to rent out the room again within the next 2-4 weeks.
Ideally looking for someone who’s down to earth, friendly, and working/studying. Also looking for someone who’s clean/takes pride in their space.

The house is a 3 bedroom townhouse and has a beautiful yard close to main road and public transport, shops, the highway, gyms and cafes etc. Only 10-15mins to city.
