I have one room to rent to one person only with queen sized bed, bookshelves, and a small table and chair if needed. It has a walk-through wardrobe with hanging and shelf storage, and an ensuite bathroom.

This bedroom has its own air conditioner, and a private balcony with roller blinds, two chairs and a table for use in cooler months if you wish. No smoking or vaping is allowed under any circumstances.

The kitchen and lounge room are for sharing. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied. There is full use of washing machine and a drying line or tumble drier in the laundry area.

The 235 bus route passes by and it is not far to the train station.

I do not have wifi for general use as I use mobile data only. If you have a phone, that's all you should need, but you can get your own NBN service if you wish as it is connected to the premises.

I own this townhouse. It has no garden or yard. It has two other bedrooms and another bathroom that are for the exclusive use of me, my partner, and my visiting adult children or friends.

There may be enough space in my double garage for a small car if you have one, or motorbike, bicycle or scooter. There is limited storage available apart from in the rented room. Storage of items elsewhere than the room is subject to my agreement.

I am looking for a dependable, respectful person who will look after the place, keep it tidy, and maybe water my plants when I'm away.

People who are vegetarian like me, or otherwise don't cook a lot preferred. No pets. No smokers or vapers under any circumstances.
