Our share house is a beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse located in Morningside. It is only a 15min drive to the city, with public transportation also easily accessible (morningside station located only 900m from the property, as well as bus stops a short walk away). You will have the master bedroom, featuring your own private ensuite bathroom! Your bedroom also comes complete with a ceiling fan and large wardrobe. We have air conditioning in the downstairs living/kitchen area. Most of the house is already furnished, you would only need to furnish your room. There is plenty of off-street visitor car parking available within the complex, as well as street parking.

My name is Laura and I am 22yrs old, currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science at QUT. I also work part-time as a medical receptionist, so am usually pretty busy during the uni semester. In my spare time you will find me at the gym, beach or binge-watching netflix lol. Our other housemate, Brandy, is also 22yrs old and studying at QUT. She also works part-time at GYG. We are looking for a new addition to our sharehouse to replace our current 3rd housemate who is moving in with her partner at the end of our lease (end date 05/04/2026). We are an all female share house, so looking for another girly in their early/mid 20s to join us in renewing our lease. Happy for you to move in earlier if needed, we are pretty flexible with move in dates (anything on or before 05/04/26 suits).
