The House:
It’s a 2 story stand alone town house with a single garage. Kitchen, dining, living, laundry, toilet downstairs. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The House is fully Air-conditioned, a 2.5kw unit in each bedroom plus a large unit in the lounge.
The house also has a 6.4kw Solar system on the roof therefore the power bills are very low.
5 car parking spaces right outside the house with the tennis court situated just over the other side of the parks.

The Master Bedroom:
Your room will be a 4m x 4.5m bedroom unfurnished on the North side of the house and gets all day sun. it Boast a large wall to wall wardrobe, Lockable door, Dimming lights and your own ensuite with double shower.
The room is equipped with a ceiling fan and a 3.5kw Air-conditioner.

Bedroom 3:
Your room will be a 3m x 3m bedroom unfurnished on the south side of the house. This room boasts a wardrobe, a 2.5kw aircon unit, ceiling fan plus dimming lights.
Being on the south side of the house, it gets the most breeze And is the coolest room 🥶 out of the 3.

We also have a cleaner that comes once a month to clean the entire house.

I am currently upgrading the house area by area. As you can see I’m nearly finished landscaping.

Plus we also have a 5 seater spa down the back. Even with that, power bills are still extremely low.

Shared bills are power, Internet, spa chemicals, water usage (over 35kL)

its an amazing and cheap house to live in :-)

We are close to Newmarket shops/cinema, Aldi and a bus stop at the end of the st plus the cycle ways right there running along side the complex.
