Hi I’m Cat. I’ve just purchased a home with my mum, her dashhound Maxx and my 8yr old son. We are renting out the 4th bedroom. Looking for someone with common sense who is non smoker, clean and respectful. We are all very happy easy going people who like to have a laugh. Ideally we like the home kept as our quiet sanctuary to reset and recharge. However we love to play music here and there.
