The apartment is fully furnished (aside from your bedroom) and is a 2 bed and 2 bathroom. Available from 16/03/26
The apartment complex has great amenities which include, rooftop pool, gym and barque space. The apartment itself is airconditioned/ heat controlled.
Living in Newstead provides a great lifestyle, with lots of gyms, cafes, bars and scenic river walks located in the area.
Transport: There are lots of different options for public transport such as busses, trains and ferries within walking distance.
Parking: Car park located underground, you will need to check w building manager or via our fb page to rent a park.
About your other flatmate..
You will be living with a women in her mid 20’s who is a young professional, she is friendly and outgoing but likes her own down time too.
We are hoping to find another young professional (in full time employment) to take over the room.
Bills are not included in rent and are split evenly.
Please note, that when applying for the place you will need to sign a lease, as well as id (typically rental process).

About the flatmates
Hello future flatmate!
You’ll be flating with one other young professional in her late 20’s.
Your other flatmate Mary is social but also understands the need for downtime.
We both believe the house should be a place that we can come home to at the end of a big day and relax.
So we hope to find someone like minded!
What we are looking for in a flatmate. 😊
- someone who works full time
- Has lived out of home before and knows how to live with others.
- Keeps shared spaces somewhat clean. (general house clean once a week).
- I’d love to flat with someone who shares a similar outlook on life; and perhaps be able to have a the occasional hot girl walk or drink after a long week.
We will be hosting walk-throughs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings..
