Beautiful apartment in Newstead with amazing common area pool, gardens, and BBQ area. 2 bedrooms at either end of the apartment plus bathrooms at opposite ends for privacy. I currently have unlimited fast internet which can be shared if you like. Amazing kitchen and balcony too. The bedroom currently has a comfortable koala fold out bed in it however if you would like to bring your own furnishings, I can remove these. If you have a car you can apply for a permit for street parking at low cost or there are parks to be rented separately through the building manager.

Hi my name is Ashley. I have a beautiful apartment in Newstead that I have an extra room available in. I would love to find a house mate that is down to earth, easy going and a breeze to live with plus if you are spiritual and self-aware that would be a great bonus! I do have cats, and I work from home, so I am ideally looking for a cat lover who works a regular full-time job in an office or onsite so I can keep my normal daily routine. Due to this someone having standard working hours and times they are out of the house every day is important. I am a very chill person, and my home is my quite space I rarely have anyone over except for random occasions I usually go out as I work from home, and a change of scenery is good. For entertainment purposes at home there is a whole garden area/ pool area/ BBQ and pizza ovens in the common area which is really beautiful. I do enjoy socializing and love a chat or to share a nice meal every now and then but also enjoy being solitary and independent. I am clean and love to cook!!
