The room and apartment are located in the middle of Newstead.
The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. It is kept in a clean, tidy condition at all times.
It is a short walk from the Gasworks area, with restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.
The incoming flatmate will have an unfurnished bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms so sharing a bathroom is not required. There is also a powder room off the hallway.

Hi! I’m Amber ☺️ I’m 32 and work for the government, I work from home often however my job requires a large amount of travel so am away frequently.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when heading outdoors, going to the gym, socialising over coffee or having a vino with friends.
I really value a clean, well-kept home and enjoy living with people who care about creating a relaxed, welcoming, clean space too. I’m a social person and enjoy chatting, sharing a meal, wine, or movie night, but I also respect downtime and personal space. Having a home that is your personal sanctuary is important so building friendship and respect is important to me.
Move in date is 14 February 2026 with the option to earlier (late January if needed).
Bills are not included in the weekly rent and you will need to supply your own furniture for your room.
Bills estimated are $120 a month for electricity and gas pp and $40 a month for internet.
You will have your own private room, feat ensuite. A car space is available with the rent (at a slightly increased cost), it is currently rented out with money coming off the shared lease total.
The building features a pool and gym as well as BBQs available to use.
The location is a few minute walk from gasworks as well as James St and Fortitude Valley.
