Hi my name is Sarah, I’m currently looking for someone to take over half of the lease at my stunning apartment in Newstead as my current housemate is sadly moving away 😢
You will have your own bedroom (the larger of the two) with your own private bathroom located right next to the bedroom!
The lease expires on the 26th of Feb and I am looking for someone to re-sign the lease (commencing 27th Feb (lease renewal as already been offered).
Car space is available at a slight extra cost, so I’m happy to discuss this!
It is a very central apartment located above a number of restaurants and very close proximity to Gasworks for shopping convenience, with a rooftop pool and dining space and reception as part of the complex.
You will be living with myself, a full time working 31 year old professional, who loves my own space sometimes, but also loves a wine and a chat also!
