The complex is 2 minute walk to Westfield Shopping Centre. The unit is in a secure complex which requires a key to access and there is a lift available.

A Bit About Me:
48yr male, 3 year old Golden Retriever who is friendly so dog lovers are a must.

Must be respectful, always tidy/clean, friendly and able to pay your rent weekly. All bills are included i.e. Water, Electricity and WIFI. Must be able to follow simple rules.

Use of Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Kitchen Appliances, Fridge/Freezer Included no dryer.

Close proximity to North lakes train station, bus stops, Westfield shopping centre with a 180 degree view of North lakes and surrounding areas, great for watching sunrise/sunsets and storms :)

The complex has a swimming pool, small gym and fantastic neighbours.

I like a clean and friendly environment to come home to, I like to chat and socialise.

There are simple rules such as clean up after yourself, no food in bedrooms and respectful.
