Free-standing house with a backyard and front lawn. Kids and I are usually quiet and spend our weekends going out swimming or on wheels days. The room itself is quite spacious and well-lit, and a bed can be provided if needed. Has a fan and can be quite cool in summer. If you like gardening, we could consider planting and growing a kitchen garden. Prefer someone quiet. No smokers please. Prefer blue card holders as house sharing with kids.
