The house is in a very quiet area, near Lake Eden, a short walk from Westfield North Lakes, North Lakes Library and close to a bus stop.
Train station about 5 minutes' drive, 10 minutes' drive to Costco/Bunnings.
We are looking for a future housemate who is working or studying full time who enjoys keeping the home a quiet and peaceful place to live, mature and respectful to each other, clean and tidy, no smoking and no drama.
About me and my husband: I'm Vietnamese (31) and my husband is Aussie 35, don't have any kids or pets :) We are working full time. We are both mature, prefer quiet and peaceful places and respect others, neither of us drink nor smoke, also very friendly and approachable. Likes to keep the house clean and tidy. Enjoy sharing culture and talking about it.
