Hi! I’m Nikita, and I live here with Amber and my cat Darcy 🐱. We’re looking for someone who’s chill, clean, respectful, and comfortable doing their own thing.
The room is $320 per week, including all bills (electricity, water, and gas), with 2 weeks’ rent required upfront. The house is fully furnished, so you’d just need to bring your bedroom furniture.
We’re both easygoing, like to keep the place tidy, and enjoy a relaxed, drama-free home. Darcy mostly does her own thing too—she’s quiet, sweet, and a lovely presence around the house. Unfortunately, we’re not looking to take on any more pets.
We currently don’t have internet, but it can be arranged if needed or wanted.
