The town house is fully ducted and each room has it's own ceiling fan.
You'll have the front bedroom and the 2nd bedroom if you like to use as your own private area or study.
You have your own private bathroom.
The kitchen and downstairs lounge are a shared area.
There is a downstairs toilet which we'll both have to look after.
Parking will be a problem as the town houses are 1 car friendly, not 2. But we can make it work like other tenants are doing
I have a high speed NBN connection which will cost you $54-50 a month.
Electricity and Water costs I'm unsure about as I've only just moved in myself.
There's a large community pool set up like a resort. Also included.
