Hi, I'm looking for a new flatmate sometime mid-February when my current housemate moves out. The only other flatmate is me.
For $300 a month including bills, you'll have an air-conditioned 3.7 X 3 bedroom and your own bathroom.
This townhouse is fully air-conditioned and has high speed NBN. You'll also have access to a gym and pool in the complex. TV in the living room has heaps of streaming services and a PS5.
The picture of the bedroom is years old. It's since had privacy and blackout roller blinds put in. Comes without furnishings but I'm happy to accommodate if you need furnishings 🙂
