About the property
The house is a beautifully renovated Queenslander featuring three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The two bedrooms available for rent share a modern ensuite bathroom, meaning you’ll only be sharing with one other person.
There is also a large storage area downstairs, which we plan to convert into a rumpus room and an outdoor, undercover alfresco space in the future. But for now - there is lots of storage space!
There is also lots of public transport options nearby (highlight: train station at the opposite end of the street) & a new cafe that’s just opened on the corner!
The bedrooms will be unfurnished, while all common areas are fully furnished. The kitchen will be completely set up with cookware and essentials, so there’s no need to bring your own unless you have specific items you prefer.

About the flatmates
Hello! My fiance (Noah) and I have just bought our new home, and we would love some likeminded people as roomies! I work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner & Learning support officer (full-time) and will be WFH atleast 3 days per week, whilst Noah works as a full-time teacher.
We have a little 2 year old cavoodle Reginald - so we are looking for someone who loves pups. We love to try new cafes, go for long walks along the water, try new spots for dinner - but most of all - staying in reading a good book or watching a tv series.
