This cute townhouse is street-facing so it barely feels like we have neighbours. 3 minutes from Northgate Station, the express train can get you into the city in 15 minutes. Super close to the airport if you travel for work, with DFO and Chermside handy for the keen shopper. Woolworths at Nundah is also close, with the Nundah Markets on every Sunday for your social hangs.
Definitely looking to fill one room, but filling both would be a bonus if we all gel well 😊

Hey, my name is Trisna and I’m the owner of this charming little townhouse. I bought back in Aug 2025 and am still making this spacious house a home. I’m recently single and welcoming of other professional women in a similar life chapter. I’m an engineer in my 30’s and love to dance, so I will be working from the office 5-days a week, off to the studio most nights, and occasionally away for some work site visits. Have the benefit of comfort in making the house your home, too, with any of those rental hassles addressed as soon as we find them!
