Well situated next to Northgate train station. Sitting on the junction between two train lines, there are regular train services to the city as well as Northbound services to the Sunshine Coast.

~ 20 minute drive to the city/train
~ 15 mins drive to Chermside Shopping Center
~ 15 mins drive to the airport.

There are lots of walking tracks around and close proximity to kilometres of bicycle paths, as well as a few cafes, breweries, servos and coffee roasters all nearby.

Nundah town centre (where Woolworths is) is about a 20 minute walk, 4 minute drive or one train stop away. There are plenty of great restaurants at Nundah as well as Farmers markets every Sunday.

The apartment is fully furnished including a washing machine and dryer (European laundry located behind sliding doors off the kitchen), ducted air conditioning/heating, outdoor folding clothesline, ceiling fans in every room, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable South West facing balcony for evening sunsets and even early morning sunlight.

The bedroom for rent has access to the balcony through its own sliding door, as well as a fly screen sliding for if you would like some airflow. There is also another window above the bed so plenty of natural light. There are two mirrored sliding cupboard doors for the built in wardrobe, with a couple of shelves, drawers and lots of hanging space.

The bathroom is large and the shower is huge. Cupboard and drawer storage as well as behind mirror storage.

There is only one car space although street parking is available. There is space to store a bike though in the shared garage.

I like to keep a tidy, clean space to live - so looking for someone likeminded and respectful of my belongings and furniture who will clean up after themself.
