Hello future flatmate.
The room available is a medium sized with ceiling fan, air conditioning and built in wardrobe with a queen size bed, bedsides and drawers.
The house is a 4 bedroom, two bathroom with seperate toilet and laundry, new kitchen, lounge room with wall mounted tv and seperate dining and outdoor BBQ area for entertaining. Huge pantry and large fridge.
About 5 minute drive from Northgate station and a 10 minute walk from Banyo station, Woolworths and cafes, ACU is about 100 metres at the top of the street.
All bills are included as is unlimited NBN.
Your house mates would be myself, Leeloo (11yo Border Collie) and John-Denver (4yo Australian Cattle Cross) who love attention and playing.
I am pretty laid back, clean and quiet.
We are close with our neighbours across the street and will sometimes have friends or family over for food or drinks.
Ideally looking for someone who loves dogs, is honest, friendly, easy going, self sufficient and cleans up after themselves.
No couples please, no extra pets, and no smoking or children please.
