About the property
Looking for a fellow gal to share the house with. Very cute 3 bedroom town house with a room for rent. There is an inbuilt wardrobe, AC and you will have your own private bathroom and toilet.
The room comes unfurnished and the house itself has basically everything you need already but I am also flexible.
There is a shared study space for the both of us, and a cute outdoor patio. The also complex has a pool.
There is a 3rd toilet downstairs so you won’t have to share any amenities either guest and a self contained laundry.
The current lease ends in April, however will be looking to extend another year.
The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. Very close to Nudgee train station, close to get onto the highway toll road and 10min to the airport.
Woolworths is a 5min drive away. Chermside Westfield is 15min.
