hey guys!! we’re looking to fill a room with flexible dates in our beautiful Milton/Paddington/Rosalie share house! Signing onto the lease is required and it would be for a 12 month period (pending real estate confirmation) with high likelihood of renewal again.

We’re looking to fill a room soon with flexible dates in our beautiful share house! Signing onto the lease is required and it would be for a 6 or 12 month period with high likelihood of renewal again. Rental history essential for our real estate :))).

The house is massive. two lounge areas, a kitchen and downstairs kitchenette, two bathrooms and five bedrooms total. beautiful Queenslander vibe. There’s a parking space available and heaps of on street parking. House is super close to public transport as well (ferry/bus/train).

It’s $190 p/w for bedroom 4. Wifi is paid monthly and Gas, Electricity and Water are paid quarterly. Upstairs and downstairs are seperate in taking turns to buy things like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc as we’ve got seperate bathrooms and kitchenettes (house is large enough that we treat it like two different houses with cleaning and supplies)

We currently have one cat in the house named Kirby who is very social and loves to play - we’re open to more cats! We are a house of alternative and very swaggy cool people (actresses/film makers/creatives).

Previous share-house experience required and you absolutely need rental history for our real estate. We have progressive views (greens lovers) and would love someone who’s the same.

Being clean is valued but we’re not on your butt about it! An income is required by real estate and you would need to go through an individual approval process.
