About the property
Our home is located in the more northeastern part of Paddington, in a friendly and safe residential neighbourhood. It is a rather large home with plenty of room to be filled up with your own style and personality :)
We are a short 5-minute walk to the nearest bus-stops that can take you directly into the heart of the city within 20-30 mintues (Queen St). Or using our own Paddington line, can get you to Southbank in only 30 minutes (Bus route 61). We're 10 mintues away from QUT Kelvin Grove. And for those seeking a night out, it's a quick trip to places like West End, James St, The Valley or the CBD for AT MOST only a $20 Uber (on a bad night).
We have a 4 bedroom home with an upstairs dinning, kitchen and lounge area. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the downstairs living space.
Unfortunately, we have one of our housemates (Aurora) leaving us, so I am helping to advertise the room. We do not have a set date yet for when she will be moving, but it will be in mid to late Febuary if you are happy to coordinate efforts with us. Please feel free to message and enquire about bills and any other amenities.
We’re looking for both guys and gals (gals will be appreciated to help balance out the house rn!) who are the usual supsects: clean, respectful, laidback and willing to contribute to a welcoming environment. We hope to hear from you soon! :P

About the flatmates
Sam – Is an energectic man who wakes up everymorning with a coffee on the balcony. His legs never stop moving, whether they be going up and down on his drums while he's off at band practice, or helping him get between his classes as a music tutour. Sam's a a lively guy to have around the home and is always open to any of his housemates crashing his gigs on nights out.
Rhyce – Is a quiet soul who has dwelt with us the longest in the home. In his downtime he enjoys jamming on the game and can be found either playing Assassins Creed or Battlefront II. He too is a lover of watching YouTube while he eats.
Jay – I am currently studying a Bachelor of Design, full-time at QCA and work part-time Bartending in the City. ig;jaypratt2002 When I have spare time I try and spend it with my missus, my mates, going out, and sometimes playing basketball. Recently have been bingeing as much Star Wars media as I possibly can and rereading through my favourite book series: "The Sword of Truth" novels.
Both Sam, Rhyce and I have very different schedules and so we are often out of the house at different times. We’re a social lot that enjoy being busy and sometimes having people over; the more the merrier. We all love a chat while we wait to use the microwave, but we also value personal space and downtime, especially duyring the uni season if that will need be the case for you. :)
