1 room available in Paddington, 4 bedroom house, currently 3 of us living here between the ages of 22-26 years old. 1 Female 2 Male.
All of us work full time throughout the week however enjoy hanging out as a household when we can (going to the footy, casual drink, and fun events).
Not many house rules, just simple expectations such as keeping your area and general area in neat condition and cleaning up after yourself.
