About the property
Large and spacious Queenslander located in the highly sought after suburb of Paddington.
Your room will be on the top floor near the front deck, balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and Matt’s room.
There is a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy a bit of breeze and vitamin D. We also have a pool that you can use at any time.
Down stairs there is a small living room, laundry, second (nicer) bathroom, study, Emily’s room, and Adam’s room.
All bedrooms are equiped with a fan and aircon!!
There’s PLENTY of on-street parking available and you’re only minutes away from the local shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes. We’re lucky to have the nearest bus stop close by too.

About the flatmates
We’re all a pretty easy going bunch who respect each other’s spaces. That being said, we also enjoy post work chats and a few drinks here and there.
You’ll be living with…
Matt (28): I work in healthcare (thankfully not in shift work). I’m a social butterfly and enjoy hosting friends for drinks every now and then. Most of the time you’ll catch me reading, cooking, or out with friends. Big fan of the markets, live music, movie nights, and drinks out. Always down for a chat and a hang.
Emily (27): works in education and loves a cold rosé after work. You’ll find her binging out on reality TV or sporting the newest fitness wear (she’s in her pilates era). Emily enjoys heading to the markets, going to the coast, and all things Taylor Swift.
Adam (27): works in hotel hospitality and brings witty humour to the house. Adam enjoys heading to the pub for a drink while he FaceTimes his family. He’s obsessed with anything football/soccer related (he’s English). Adam will likely return to the UK middle of this year :(
