Our house is a lovely 4-bedrooms Queenslander cottage, located conveniently between the buzzling suburbs of Paddington, Rosalie and Milton. The house is very generous in size and has an amazing back deck that has views of the Brisbane City. Plenty of bus routes near by to the city. There are off-site parking spaces and unlimited all day street parkings in front of our house.

Your room (Room 4) is a very spacious 4.5x3.6m room with a private ensuite. The room is located on the lower floor and has its own private entry. It has its own air-con with gorgeous timber framed windows and tiled floor. The room is big enough for a queen bed, a study desk, storage cupboard and more. The room will be unfurnished (if you want the queen bed, the current tenant might be happy to leave it behind.)

The upstairs living room & kitchen in this house have everything you will be needed: TV, couches, dining table, 2 large fridges, washing machine, and various kitchen appliances.
The main living area has an air-con.

The weekly rent includes free water (our hot water shower pressure is amazing!), but does not include electricity, gas, lawn mowing, Netflix and internet. From our past experiences, allow around an extra $50 per week on top of the weekly rent for all these services bills. We all share these bills as they come.

Room 1, 2, & 3 upstairs share the upper floor shower/ toilet. Your Room 4 has its own shower/toilet ensuite. There is also a 3rd toilet for all 4 flatmates to share, more than enough amenities for all 4 of us.

Your room (Room 4) is available for move in on the 1st/Feb 2026. Current Room 4 tenants notified us last week that she will be moving out on the 31st/Jan. Your lease will be a minimum 12months lease.
