The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a study and an open plan living room/kitchen. LOCATED IN PARK RIDGE APPROX 40km DRIVE TO THE CITY

The house has all the necessaries - ducted air con, ceiling fans, appliances, furniture. This includes every gadget you could imagine in the kitchen (with two fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboard space)! Also a Neverfail water bubbler with water! Maybe a few yummy meals included too as I don’t mind a good cooking session ☺️

You would share a bathroom with another housemate. You have your own room that can come furnished with a queen bed / mattress and some cupboard storage.

There is parking on the road directly in front of the house. We live in a one-way street so we get next to no traffic, and the shops are 3 minutes down the road along with a bus stop. Also some fun playgrounds in the estate, perfect for those occasional Saturday night adventures.

I am looking for anyone who works mostly full time and can keep communal spaces as well as your own spaces tidy keeping. Prefer singles only. You are welcome to have people around too- just a common curtesy heads up and not every night. I’d prefer if you didn’t have an animal, but will consider on a case by case basis (only because I have a cat and a limited yard).

As for pricing, the room is $250, plus additional expenses, but unlimited wifi, Netflix and whatever other streaming services we have at the time are complimentary. May be negotiable so let me know your budget! So far, additional expenses are looking a like $80 a month each for electricity, water and gas. So really, $270 all bills included a week. In general, I try and pay for all cleaning supplies (and do most weekly cleaning) and will supplement bills with can collections when possible.

The bond will be two weeks rent which will be returned should everything be in order when you leave. Possible payment plans available.

Room is available and preferably a minimum stay of three months depending on how well we all get along.
