About the property
We're looking for someone about our age, preferably a girl to maintain the gender balance. Cat-friendly (or, even better: cat-obsessed) is a must, though we unfortunately can't take on another animal. Depending on dates, we’re hoping to sign you directly to the lease through the real estate for an initial 3 months, with the opportunity to extend if things are working well.
Your room would be upstairs, with a bathroom next door (yours alone, for the most part). However, the room is on the same level as the kitchen and living/dining room, areas that can get busy in the evenings. No smoking inside the house, but your room has lockable doors leading directly out onto the balcony.
Optional extra: We currently share groceries and meal prep, with people assigned nights to cook based on their schedule; you're more than welcome to join in this arrangement.
Bills-wise, you'd be looking at the following, which is all paid into a shared account:

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re three young adults living in a gorgeous colonial-style house, where we are kept on our toes by our resident idiot escape artist, the gloriously cross-eyed Marshmallow.
Elex (he/him): Works full time and studies communications and science. Obsessed with fantasy worlds, including but not limited to: Percy Jackson, Avatar, and Arcane. Marshy is his cat, but we are all his willing and loving servants.
Billy (he/him): Sparky apprentice, gaming enthusiast, and music connoisseur. The beautiful vinyl player in the living room is his baby, but after you’ve received careful training you can take advantage of it too.
Steph (she/her): Studies psychology and English in between working at a nearby school. Along with being an undercover emo and certified book nerd, she gleefully manages the house’s admin.
