Charming queenslander style house in literal perfect location, right next Caxton St and coles, postcode 4000 with great patio and established yard.
We have two rooms available, the room with very decent size walk-in robe is available now and the other room with built in will be available in a couple of weeks - they are both good size and could each easily fit a king bed, there is one parking space under the house and another round the back (more suited to a smaller car, though once we got a landcruiser in there)
Shared bathroom, bills being electricity and internet are in addition to the rent
You will need to pay bond and go on the lease, which goes until July 2026
A couple could take one room each person, but otherwise we are not inclined towards couples

About the flatmates
Hi - you will be living with Allister who is a 32 year old music tutor, cerebral, left, respectful, likes to make cocktails every once in a while, our housemate just moved in with his girlfriend so his room is unfurnished and available now. The small dog in the pic is just visiting. Lots of experience sharehousing :)
