We are not under the flight paths.
Within a few hundred meters is the Trade Coast Hotel and Bistro. Incredibly convenient to everywhere - CBD, Sunshine and Gold Coast Highways.
We're also blessed with a large, but only lightly used boat ramp on the river and parking area a few hundred meters away.
Pinkenba is somewhat like a village less than 15 minutes from the CBD and very little traffic between the 2 - no traffic crawl, even in peak hour.

About the flatmates
We usually have 3 housemates one on the ground floor, and 2 others on the first floor.
We seek a housemate who would pretty much have the ground floor to themselves. We keep a room on the ground floor for ourselves but are seldom there, being on our farm or travelling almost all the time.
We've worked with, and enjoy people from all manner of backgrounds - from farmers and tradies/small business people to multi-national execs; as long as they're considerate and thoughtful in their actions, as well as words, non-smokers and don't do drugs.
The common areas are large to accommodate 'work from home' housemates.
