Hi, I'm a shiftworker, which means no 9-5 lifestyle... but I've been doing shifts for a very long time, so I make the most of it.
I'm bright & colourful which reflex in my surroundings.... the house has plenty of personality. When not at work, you'll find me working on furniture restoration projects or trying to keep ontop of the gardening (sadly it gets the better of me regularly). 😯
I have 2 small male dogs, who are inside, when I'm home- so a dog lover is a must ( but not suitable to byo- my boys aren't social).
I'm looking for a housemate ( no couples sorry) that is
- very clean & tidy
- a NON Smoker
- not a big drinker
- is working full time
- over 40 yrs old, is preferred
- Someone understanding of my shift work lifestyle. ( no party animals)
The room available is approx 2mrts × 3mrts. It has a/c , a ceiling fan & a large built-in wardrobe.
You also have a main bathroom & toilet (which includes a large bathtub, shower & massive vanity with heaps of storage space).
In the kitchen you will have the use of your own fridge & freezer, plus separate cupboard space to use as your pantry.
If you need there is space to store extra furniture/ belongings in my shed.
Looking forward to meeting my future housemate soon. 😃
