Looking for 1 or 2 house mates
The house has Ducted Air-con, Network and Tv ports in all of the rooms.
I have 2 rooms to choose from. one of the rooms has a bed and bedside tables while the other room is empty, both rooms have a Closet in them.
The rental price includes Elec and Internet bill however if the Elec bill increases to much i will ask for a little extra put in i am happy to talk about this further.
If anyone is looking to move out for the first time this would be a great place as there is no Minimum stay/lease.
