This cozy five to six person home, suits for working professionals and homebodies alike. Catering with a closed house plan, with the whole house funneling to a center kitchen/dining room space.
With walking trails and many nearby parks, living in a family dominated suburb means it is quiet, but can be busy. And being not too far from the main road but far enough to where noise cannot be heard.
Bus stops along the main road, easy ten minutes drive away from Browns Plains/Park Ridge shopping center, close to Mount Lindsay Highway and twenty minutes drive to the Loganlea train station.
Working towards a clean and active household, with communication as the forefront; being respectful of people's privacy. There are some house rules that align with being respectful, clean, and tidy, general etiquette.
Bills, currently are only internet ~$20 a month, and occasional gas usage; electricity. All shared through the house residents.
Pets have to be put past, no cats due to the household dog.
