About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Taz - a 26 year old girl who works in realestate. There are 3 rooms in the house - out of which 1 is occupied by me, the 2nd is occupied by a 21 year old male who works full time. We are looking for a housemate for the 3rd room. We are very friendly, considerate, accommodating and always keep to ourselves. We have a high regard for each other’s privacy. You will be sharing the bathroom with the male tenant.
Your room is completely furnished with a ceiling fan. You have full access to
furnished common spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that there is no air conditioning in your room and no garage space for car parking. However there is sufficient street parking so you shouldn’t have a problem.
The bills will be split among the 3 of us which currently works out to be approximately $70 a month.
