All people living at this property are quiet, cooperative and friendly. If you are looking for a place to rest after a long day at work, this place is ideal. The house is located on a hill so we get plenty of breezes. There are ceiling fans in each room and a spacious loungeroom and dining room. The lawns and garden are maintained by the owner so there is no gardening required.
This house would suit an employed person who works full-time and prefers a quiet environment. If you are a student or on a working holiday you are also welcome to apply. I would prefer someone to stay 6 months, however shorter stays of minimum 3 months will be considered with a slight increase in weekly rent ($270).
Please understand that you will have to have a rental reference and or job reference plus proof of income to stay here. This ensures a safe living environment for everyone. This is also a drug-free house. Thank you.

About the flatmates
At present there is one person living in the house, an employed male aged 34. He is friendly, but considerate of people's personal space. He works full time and generally visits his family on Saturdays or Sundays. There is also one dog. The dog is a German-Shephard cross who spends all his time outside in the huge backyard. The dog is well trained and likes a belly rub if you have time for that.
We are looking for quiet, employed, friendly flatmates who live a healthy drug-free lifestyle. Also would prefer a non-drinker however 1 or 2 beers after work is ok. This is definitely not a party house so would suit a shift worker or FIFO worker.
