✅ No smoking or vaping allowed.
✅ Common areas must be kept clean and tidy. To make the home comfortable and at-home for everyone, cleaning shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, toilet and lounge room) is expected otherwise an additional cleaning fee for professional cleaners will be charged if these rooms are not kept reasonable.
✅ Electricity bill split evenly and paid monthly, however, the house includes Solar Panels so bills are usually low.
