- Two private bedrooms + your own bathroom

- Your own small living room - perfect for relaxing or WFH

- Shared kitchen and lounge downstairs

- Partially furnished - welcome to bring your own furniture or I’ll add gradually

- Shared laundry in garage with dryer

- Garage parking for one car (negotiable)

- No Wi-Fi yet, but coming soon

I have a 3-year-old child ~50% of the time, I’m easygoing and spend a lot of time to myself or working when my child isn’t home. I'm pretty introverted but I don’t mind chatting and hanging out occasionally. I maintain a safe, family-friendly environment while my child is at home, but the house is otherwise calm, relaxed and flexible for housemates’ routines.

Rent $310/week (excludes bills) + Bond $1,240
Students or working professionals welcome, suitable candiates will need to be approved by property manager and owner. Minimum stay 6-12 months preferred, flexible.
