Hi Available now. Hi my name is Jason. I am a 50 yo male. I am a very friendly, easy going, down to earth guy that will pretty much do anything to help someone. I am currently working for myself as a handyman and I also have a small lawn mowing business. Anyway a bit about the property. I have a fully furnished room available, which includes bed, set of draws, built in wardrobe, bedside table desk and light. The place has great security, fully fenced with a security gate at the front which is locked at all times, you will be provided with a key. I also have a cctv camera setup which monitors the front gate. I have a jacuzzi you can relax in once summer comes, and also a large back yard and small garden area with BBQ where you can relax and or have a cigarette.. I also have a slate pool table/games room that I am not far off finishing a full restore on. I love a few games here and there. I have pretty much everything you need to live here including new washing machine, fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kitchen and cooking utensils, television and the internet. I will maintain the lawns and gardens outside.The train station (fruitgrove) and bus stop are only 5-7 minute walk from the house. There are 3 shopping centres close by all within 12 minute walk including Woolworths and Mc Donald's... I have a dog and 2 cats and we can talk about it if you have a pet you wish to stay as well. I have been renting here now for almost 12years..I'm very flexible and I'm sure we can sort something out.. if you have any questions please just ask me. We can work together on anything. Thankyou.
